Facilities are great. Amazing pool. Gym is 11 out of 10! Breakfast is so plentiful you need 2 weeks to try it all. Bed was great. Size of room/flat was great. People and staff are super service minded. I was for a conference and things worked amazingly smooth.

What an amazing service. In this hotel, I received certainly the best service during my stay in Thailand. The staff were so attentive, friendly and quick. The location was a few minutes away from the very busy roads, so that it was totally quiet. The hotel provides a free shuttle service to the Sky-Train. The pool was just amazing, you do not feel like that you are in a big loud city and since the pool is in the 6th floor, there was often a slight breeze which felt so nice during the heat and humid days. At the pool, they bring you ice water to your sunbed as well as some little snacks, which was very cute. The sunbeds are also super comfortable and the pool staff is amazing. The breakfast was huge and you had so much different choise with another amazing service.

The size of the 2 bedroom apartment was huge. The buffet breakfast was amazing. The entire hotel was very nice and excellent value for money. I doubt we will ever stay anywhere else.
